The current Subnautica 2 Early Access build includes:
- Core survival gameplay: oxygen, food, water, health management
- Alien ocean exploration with multiple biomes to explore
- Resource gathering, crafting equipment, and base building
- Scanner and creature scanning system
- Solo play and up to 4-player online co-op
- Early game progression including key unlocks and story elements

What Is Still Missing
Early Access means the game is not yet complete. The following are not yet fully included in the current build:
